We are a small family owned and operated Specialty Coffee Roastery. We work with a coffee importer to select specialty grade green coffee from around the world. We focus on Ethical work environments and sustainable farming practices as well as quality processing methods. We roast all our coffee in small batches weekly to ensure the freshest beans are hitting the shelves! 

Our Roastery is located in Cuba City, Wi. Our facility is open viewing for those interested in the process. We keep it simple—Buy good quality beans + roast them in a way that highlights the natural tasting notes. We do not dabble in any artificial flavors or additives…just good coffee roasted excellently.
