Deerland Dairy is a small family dairy farm and dairy processing plant located in rural Freeport, IL. We milk a small herd of grass-fed Jersey cows and use the milk to produce our yogurt and sour cream. Our products are pasteurized but are non-homogenized so a layer of cream rises to the top.
