Hi there! I’m a mom of five energetic boys and the heart behind our small cottage bakery. Everything I make—Scottish shortbread, fresh-squeezed lemonade, juices, and homemade confections—is made with love and the same care I give to the food I serve my own family. I use only high-quality ingredients and never any artificial dyes or flavors. I'm passionate about creating treats that taste amazing and feel good to eat. These are some of our family’s favorites, and I’m so excited to share them with all of you!

At Lemon and Thistle, high quality ingredients are of the upmost importance! You will not find food dyes, “flavors” of any kind or seed oils. Organic and locally sourced are always prioritized. Any animal products used are always pasture raised, such as gelatin, eggs and butter. Any flour or sugar used is always organic. We use honey as a sweetener in many of our products.
