Popcorn, White

Our white popcorn. New at Dittmar Farms and Orchard is our popcorn! We grow it on our farm, use an old pull type picker to harvest it and dry it in our heated shed. We then use a 1950's John Deere "drum" sheller (soft on the kernel and doesn't crack it) to shell it. We then take it to Kennel Seeds in South Wayne, Wisconsin where Paul and his family run an organic feed mill. He puts it in his 3 story tall cleaner that has 17 different shaking screens to clean it and bag it for us in 50 lb bags. We then bring that home and fill our 2 lb bags that we can sell to you!
